Product Finishes (for Products Manufactured in U.S. only)

The trim colors and standard finishes shown on this website are for products manufactured in
the United States. Finishes for products manufactured outside the United States vary by country
due to availability of materials and/or popularity of various colors and finishes in the region.
Contact the local Distributor for their standard finishes.

Trim Color

Hufcor Series 600 line of operable partition offers a selection of lamb's wool, brown or gray powder coated
trim colors.

In addition we offer a selection of standard Premium trim colors. These colors are available at
an upcharge . And, if you prefer a trim color not shown on either our standard or premium
trim colors, we can match custom colors as well. Your Hufcor Distributor will be happy to assist you.

Standard Finishes

The price of Hufcor operable partitions, portable panels, and accordion doors include the price
for finishing the partition faces in our standard vinyl. Our Standard Vinyl Selector offers over
40 colors and five patterns from which to choose your partition's finish.

We also offer a selection of standard carpet and fabric finishes that are available at an upcharge.
Select a finish color from DiVISIONS fabric by Milliken, Hytex Ribbed Carpet Selector,
Revelations Fabric Selector or Stratus Fabric selector.

The finish for the Roommate Mobile Partition is a woven fabric and is selected from
the Roommate Finish Selector. The above vinyl, carpet and fabrics are not available on Roommate.

Hufcor frameless glasswall finish comes standard with clear anodized aluminum. Optional stainless steel
cladding in mirror, #4 and #7 brushed stainless.

Non-Standard Finishes

Many non-standard vinyls, carpets, fabrics, veneers, and other materials may also be used with
Hufcor partitions for an additional charge. While many of these materials can be applied to our
products with few problems, we do receive requests for materials that are impractical to apply in
our factory.

The appropriate type of wall covering adds to the beauty and long-life of Hufcor partitions,
and ultimately, customer satisfaction. We strongly recommend that any non-standard finishes
considered for use on a movable partition meet the following criteria:

Look for the following characteristics in special materials:

Strength - the fabric and backing must be strong enough to be applied to a face without
being stretched. A stretched fabric will attempt to return after it is applied and may
distort the pattern and/or break the adhesive bond resulting in puckering and bubbles.
Backing should be double acrylic.
Consider vinyls with some embossing - vinyls without embossing will not hide imperfections
in the substrates. Smooth fabrics are not recommended for partitions. Advise your customer
the result will be similar to wallpapering over a plastered wall - any blemishes are magnified.
Soil Resistance - Fabrics which are not soil resistant and which cannot be easily cleaned
should not be applied in the factory. Examples of these fabrics are suede and velour. Your
customer should be reminded that movable walls are subject to handprints and other soil through
constant movement and use.

Characteristics of materials which will not be considered are:

	Smooth, shiny surfaces	Unbacked fabrics
	Suede or velour	Any material that stretches
	Paper backed	Less than 51" [1295] wide
	Baked enamel finish

Material must be supplied in continuous rolls as follows:

Operable Panels:
Vinyl/Carpet/Fabric needs to be between 51"-64" [1295-1626] wide. (Vinyl/fabrics must be in
continuous rolls of 30 to 150 yards [27432-137160]. Carpet to be supplied in rolls no longer
than 40 yards [36576] or it will not fit our machine.) The inside core dimension of the roll
is be 2-3/4"-3" [70-76] diameter so that it will fit onto our laminator.

Accordions:
Vinyl must weigh between 18-21 oz., be heat sealable, and 54" [1372] wide. The inside core
dimension of the roll is a minimum of 1-3/4" diameter so that it will fit onto our laminator.

Requests for special materials must be approved by Hufcor. To obtain approval, contact your local
Hufcor Distributor. Use of non-standard materials voids the Hufcor surface material warranty.
