Sales Representative - Texas

Job Description:

HUFCOR DFW, a division of the global corporation Hufcor Inc, is a distributor of operable and accordion wall systems. We are adding a sales position in Houston, Texas. This sales representative will be accountable to:

  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to market our products and services
  • Generate leads and submitting bids/proposals
  • Negotiate products/price and closing sales
  • Explore adding new product lines or bring product lines to Hufcor that are currently being represented

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will:

  • Have a minimum of three years of technical sales experience with architectural products, including writing specifications
  • Have Proven closing skills in a competitive market
  • Have a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Have a valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record

  • Plastics Tooling Engineer - TQP

    Job Description:
    Total Quality Plastics has an opening for a plastics tooling engineer to manage projects and provide technical engineering support for customers and Manufacturing Representatives in order to increase sales though efficient operations, including:
    • Working with customers to develop quotes and proposals for the efficient manufacture of parts, tools, fixtures and any other secondary operations in order to “get the job” and “make a profit”.
    • Developing the manufacturing processes for parts including the mold design, parts processing, the design of equipment/fixtures, and all associated costs.
    • Coordinating the technical relationships in the industry for tool making, testing, prototyping, process capabilities, and materials sources.
    • Managing multiple projects/tasks to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations, including bringing all details to closure, coming in on-time and within budget.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:
    We require the following background:
    • A bachelor’s degree in plastics or mechanical engineering and a minimum of five years experience working in the plastics injection molding industry.
    • A minimum of three years experience in plastics tool design with strong knowledge of plastic raw materials, molding equipment, parts and tool design.
    • Strong computer skills, including 2D and 3D versions of CAD software. Proven technical and communication skills with demonstrated experience in working with customers and building relationships.
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment with interruptions, using proven project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Director of National Distribution - Corporate

    • Manage the sales performance and results of the distribution network
