Job Description:
We have created an opportunity for an office administrator at our new sales and installation office in Irving, Texas:
·Complete daily accounting functions, including AP, AR, and collections
·Finalize job costing, including certified payrolls and commission calculations
·Process construction related paperwork
·Provide sales and marketing support, including mailings and electronic reporting Daily accounting functions, including AP, AR, and collections
·Complete financial reporting on a monthly basis
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
This position requires:
·A technical degree in accounting and a minimum of two years of diverse accounting experience, preferably in construction
·Knowledge of construction accounting practices
·Knowledge of QuickBooks Construction and MSOffice
·The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

We require the following background:

*Conducting research, designing and developing Glasswall systems and products
*Laying out designs, creating detail and assembly drawings
*Leading and working with a teams in all aspects of design and manufacture

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
*A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a minimum of five years of design and project management experience

*Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks
